What if I already have a site?
We replace it. The old site stays live until the new one is ready to switch over. There's no overlap window where you're paying twice. We take a copy of any content worth keeping (testimonials, listings, agent bios) before we start.
How is this different from a Rightmove or Zoopla member site?
Portal member sites are templated for the portal. Same layout, same conversion logic, same generic feel as every other agency in your area. We build a site that's specifically yours: your buyer, your area, your positioning. The portal feed still plugs in if you want it; the rest of the site does the work the portal site can't.
Will it integrate with my CRM (Reapit, Alto, Jupix)?
Not in scope on this offer. CRM integrations are a separate engagement. They vary in cost and complexity by provider, and we'd rather flag that honestly than bundle it and over-promise. Bring the CRM up on the discovery call and we'll quote it cleanly if it's needed.
Do you handle hosting?
We deploy to your domain on infrastructure you own. Hosting fees are yours, typically £0–£20/month depending on traffic. We set it up, walk you through how to manage it on the Loom handover, and you're not locked in to us for any monthly fee.
Who owns the site?
You do. The code, the domain, the hosting, the content, all yours. No retainer, no licence, no rights we keep.
What about GDPR and cookies?
